At Partheafashion.com, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. So, we've got you covered! Please Contact US within 30 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.
If you change your mind or for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. Please report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the item cost.
Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.
Note: Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.

Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie, Bodysuits.
Return Process
1. EMAIL US
- Contact Us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS
- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
3. RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office. You will need to pay for the postage cost of shipping the goods to us.If the delivery cost is insufficient, we has the right to refuse the return. Only product(s) which are defective, postage cost will be paid by Parthea.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-3 working days.
- Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Parthea cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Partheafashion.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
-We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered but not received. Contact the shipping service in this case
We are unable to cancel/refund if the order is in transit
Please note that the money for express delivery (DHL) is non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs & Address
1. Please be sure to contact our after-sales customer service to get the specific address of the return!
2. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
